BOOKING SERVICE

INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS

You can book by email at biglietteria@fondazioneteatrodonizetti.org within 15 days prior to the performance. Confirmation is subject to availability of seats. Payment is required within 7 days after confirmation, by bank transfer or in person at the ticket office of Donizetti Theatre.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Bookings must be sent by e-mail (gruppi@fondazioneteatrodonizetti.org) or by phone at (+39 035.4160612) within 60 days prior to the performance. Confirmation is subject to availability of seats. The number of booked seats must be confirmed within 30 days and payment is required within 7 days after confirmation, by bank transfer or in person at the ticket office of Donizetti Theatre.

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

Season ticket holders are invited to check the notices affixed at the entrance to the Theatre and at the ticket office regarding possible schedule changes.
Please note, no money in respect of unused tickets will be reimbursed or exchanged for other productions.
It is not allowed to change seats once the subscription has been purchased.
Please note, on no account must the furnishings of boxes be changed by those who booked a box seat.
Any claims should be addressed in writing to the Theatre Management Department. Please note, no telephone complaints will be accepted.
Forgotten or lost tickets
In compliance with SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers) regulations, all season ticket holders
are subject to a €0.50-fee per forgotten or lost ticket.

LATECOMERS POLICY

We recommend that you arrive on time. Please note that patrons arriving late may only be admitted into the theatre at the House Manager’s discretion. Latecomers may be asked to sit in lower-price category seats. Please note, no ticket refund or exchange will be offered. Booked seats cannot be occupied until a suitable interval, if any.

CLOAKROOM

Umbrellas, hats, large bags, cameras, audio and video recording devices must be left in the theatre’s cloakroom.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

The Theatre Bar is open prior to the start of an event and during the interval. Please note that no food and beverages may be brought into the theatre auditorium.

DISABLED PATRONS WITH MOBILITY/PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENTS

In Social Theatre, four free spaces per show are available to wheelchair users in the main stage hall, while in Creberg Theatre there are 8 free spaces (main stage hall, first section). Discounts on companion tickets are also available. Please note that booking is compulsory. Other concessions are available. Contact the Theatre Management Department for more information.

SMOKING

Italian law prohibits smoking anywhere within the Theatre. Those who leave the auditorium during the interval will be asked to show a re-entry pass before being allowed to return to their seats.
The use of cameras and recording equipment is strictly forbidden. A reminder that mobile phones should also be turned off, and not to silent.
