SPECIAL EVENT: Alessandro Barbero in 'San Francesco'.

Who was Francis of Assisi? The one reported in the biographies written by friars who had known him closely, or the one in the biography by Bonaventure of Bagnoregio written forty years after his death or in others found after they had disappeared?
Alessandro Barbero takes us inside the many versions of the saint's life that have come down to us, showing the intricate play of mirrors that has multiplied, fractioned and, in the end, constructed the story of Saint Francis. The saint we all think we know.
