ELAV BREWERY
The festival renews its collaboration with ELAV Brewery, which has created a beer for theAccademia Carrara, the location that will host the Bergamo Jazz 2023 preview.
LA MORONI: a blond ale with only SIMCOE hops, whose balsamic hints marry well with the delicately citrusy scent of lemon balm added in massive quantities during boiling.
The beer is brewed using for the first time medicinal herbs grown in permaculture directly by the Elav Farm.
