WARNING<\/strong><\/h2>\n
We inform the kind public that during the events and performances taking place inside the Donizetti Theater, video and photographic footage may be taken by the Foundation, or by parties appointed by it, for institutional, cultural, documentation and communication purposes of the Foundation’s activities<\/strong>.
\nThe images and footage may be disseminated through the Foundation’s official channels (website, social networks and information materials) and stored in the relevant historical archive.
\nThe footage is in no way aimed at portraying individual spectators, but at documenting the event as a whole.
\nParticipation in the event implies acceptance of the use of the images in accordance with the above, without prejudice to the possibility for the person concerned to exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR).<\/strong>
\nThe complete information on the processing of personal data is available at the ticket office and in the “Privacy” section of the institutional website www.fondazioneteatrodonizetti.org<\/a>.<\/h5>\n

TICKETS<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, substituted or used on dates and times other than those indicated.<\/h5>\n

BOOKING SERVICE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

SINGLES<\/b><\/h4>\n
Reservation requests must be sent in writing by email (biglietteria@fondazioneteatrodonizetti.org) within 15 days of the date chosen for the performance. Confirmation will be made based on seat availability. Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, either by bank transfer or by going directly to the Donizetti Theater box office.
\nThe ticket office also accepts telephone reservations for subscriptions and tickets during opening hours and consistent with the presence of the public at the counters.<\/b><\/h5>\n

GROUPS<\/b><\/h4>\n
The Booking Request Must be Submitted in Writing via Email (Gruppi@<\/wbr>Fondazioneteatrodonizetti.Org<\/a>) at Least 60 Days before the Chosen Date for the Performance. Confirmation Will be Based on Seat Availability. The Number of Reserved Seats Must be Confirmed within 30 Days, and Payment Must be Made within 20 Days of the Selected Performance Date, either by Bank Transfer or Directly at the Teatro Donizetti Box Office. <\/h5>\n

SUBSCRIBE<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Subscribers are urged to check the notices posted at the entrance to the Theater and at the box office regarding any changes in the program, which do not entitle them to a refund.
\nUnused subscription performances will not be refunded nor can they be replaced with performances on other evenings.
\nChanging seats is not permitted once a subscription has been purchased.
\nThose who subscribe to a box may not change its furnishings under any circumstances.
\nSubscribers may send a written letter to the attention of the Management for any complaints. No complaints will be accepted by telephone. <\/h5>\n

Shift Change
\n<\/b>The regulations provide for a maximum of one shift change per season per subscriber who must pay the \u20ac5 fee each time and upon request via e-mail to the ticket office; the request must be made before one’s subscription shift, failing which the shift change cannot be granted. The seat that will be assigned on the requested shift will depend on the availability of seats on the chosen date. Neither the same seat nor the same sector can be guaranteed. <\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Forgetfulness or Loss<\/b>
\n<\/strong>As a result of SIAE provisions, the kind audience is informed that in case the subscriber is without a subscription, the theater is obliged to issue a new admission ticket worth \u20ac1.00 to enable them to use their seat.<\/h5>\n

TARGETS<\/strong><\/h2>\n
It is recommended to enter the theater as punctually as possible. Permission to enter the auditorium, if any, once the performance has begun, is at the sole discretion of the Hall Staff Manager. Those arriving late will forfeit the right to use the seat assigned in advance and may be placed in seats of a lower price category without being entitled to any refund. Purchased seats may be reached only during intermission, if scheduled. <\/h5>\n

GUARDAROBA<\/strong><\/h2>\n
It is compulsory to deposit umbrellas, hats, bulky bags, cameras, and audio and video recording equipment at the theater checkroom.<\/h5>\n

FOOD AND DRINK.<\/strong><\/h2>\n
The theater bar is in operation before the start of the performance and during intermission. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to bring food and drinks into the hall. <\/h5>\n

SMOKING BAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n
By precise provision of the Law, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Theater. Those who intend to leave the auditorium during intermission will have to ask for a counter for re-entry into the theater. <\/h5>\n

PHOTO\/VIDEO BAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n
IT IS FORBIDDEN, DURING PERFORMANCES, TO HOLD CELL PHONES, TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS AND FILMS<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>\n

PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY DISABILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n
For People with Mobility Disabilities, there are Four Free Seats per Evening for Wheelchairs in the Stalls at the Teatro Sociale, while for the Teatro Donizetti there are Eight Free Seats in the Stalls with the Orchestra Pit Closed, and Six with it Open. If Desired, the Accompanying Person Can Attend the Show in the Stalls by Paying a Reduced Ticket Price. Reservation is Mandatory. <\/h5>\n

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n
For People with Disabilities (Proven by Certification), the Donizetti Theater Foundation Applies a Reduction on the Price of the Purchased Ticket.<\/h5>\n

PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Fondazione Teatro Donizetti continues to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to improving accessibility. We believe that providing the best possible access is an essential component of our status as an international arts venue.
\nTo enable the implementation of emergency procedures, we recommend that patrons with reduced mobility purchase stalls seats.
