The public is hereby informed that, as of 6 August, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 105 of 23 July 2021 concerning “urgent measures to tackle the Covid-19 epidemic and to ensure the safe exercise of social and economic activities”, access to spaces open to the public managed by the Fondazione Teatro Donizetti (Teatro Donizetti, Teatro Sociale and Casa natale di Donizetti) will be allowed only to persons in possession of a Green Pass.

The Green Pass Covid-19 certification, as per art. 9 paragraph 2, attests to one of the following conditions

  • having had the Covid-19 vaccination (in Italy it is issued both at the first dose and on completion of the vaccination cycle)
  • being negative to the rapid molecular or antigenic test within the last 48 hours
  • have recovered from Covid-19 within the last six months.

Verification of the Green Pass will be carried out at the entrance to the theatre by the Fondazione Teatro Donizetti’s staff and will be done by showing the QR code of the green certificate and a valid identity document.
Those who are not in possession of either of these documents will not be allowed to attend the performance or visit.

We would also like to remind you that a mask must be worn during the whole visit or performance and that the rule of keeping at least one metre distance between people who do not live together on a regular basis remains in force.

In order to speed up the verification of certifications, the Fondazione Teatro Donizetti will increase the number of access points for the public. At the same time, the Foundation invites all spectators and visitors to cooperate as much as possible.

We thank you for your attention.
