Leadership Armonica
The evening will explore the connection between music and enterprise, between the figure of Gaetano Donizetti and the entrepreneur of today.
From the conductor to the manager, from the stage professional to the factory floor, from skilled artisans to human resources — the theatre will become a grand metaphor for the company itself. On stage, the idea of harmonic leadership takes shape: a new model that places empathy, active listening, and the value of people at its core — fostering a positive, proactive, creative, and productive work environment where everyone can express their own vocation.
Self-listening and listening to others, mindful breathing, kind communication, silence, and music as tools for stress management will be among the themes explored, engaging the audience in a new paradigm grounded in cooperation, respect, and trust between leaders and collaborators.
An evening dedicated to the leaders of today and tomorrow — and to all those who wish to experience a different, more human approach to the world of work.
This journey through music, gesture, and words will be guided by Gloria Campaner, renowned pianist and performing coach whose research focuses on the relationship between music and emotions; Alberto Zanardi, conductor and stage music director of the Donizetti Opera Festival; and Daniel Lumera, biologist, bestselling author, and internationally recognized expert on wellbeing and quality of life, who has made the “biology of values” his hallmark in bridging ancient wisdom traditions and contemporary scientific research.
